Since so much fruit is now in season, my daughter craves it more than ever. We often stock up on her favorite fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, banana, grapes and strawberries. I usually cut most of the fruit and place them in air tight containers so it’s handy whenever my daughter wants a fruit snack. I often add them to skewers since it’s more fun to eat!
- Your favorite fruit
- Skewers or popsicle sticks
- Greek yogurt for dipping (optional)
1. Cut fruit into bite-sized chunks and place on skewer. Better yet, have your child help you!
