Granny Smith Granola Apple Crisp

We love the simplicity of tart apples baked with brown sugar, warm spices, and a crunchy topping. With our Cinnamon Spiced Granola, this dessert treat only needs 6 simple ingredients.

Mini baking dishes mean you can make perfectly portion-controlled servings for as many (or few) as you’d like. Enjoy!

Makes 3 mini apple crisps


  • 2 large organic Granny Smith apples
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup NatureBox Cinnamon Spiced Granola
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Peel, core, and slice the apples.

Add the apple slices, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to a mixing bowl. Mix together with a spoon until the apples are coated evenly. Divide the apples between 3 ramekins or small baking dishes.

In a separate bowl, mix the chopped pecans and granola together. Sprinkle the granola mixture over each ramekin and then place onto the center rack of the oven.

Bake for 10 minutes, then cover each ramekin with aluminum foil to prevent to granola from browning too much. Continue baking for 20 minutes.

Serve warm.
