Holiday Kids Snack

by / ⠀Happy Hacks Holiday How-tos Snack Ideas / December 12, 2014

I love putting together simple theme snacks for my kiddos during the holiday season. This reindeer snack-wich is perfection for the littles.

Even my older son likes to see a fun face on his plate every now and then. And who can resist Rudolph? This little mini feast goes together in a flash, too.

Just slice bread into triangle shapes (one side a little bit longer to make the face). For the facial features, I used raisins and a red candy chip. The antlers are NatureBox Blueberry Greek Yogurt Pretzels (one of our new faves!). The glue holding it all together is a simple nut butter (pick your fave). I used the nut butter on the inside of the sandwich, too.

I paired it with some mandarin slices and NatureBox Cranberry Pepita Crisps for a delicious little treat. And for your younger ones, this would be a nice holiday lunch, too. On Dasher…on Prancer!
