Recipe by Angie of Little Inspiration

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to get some fresh fruit and display it as a rainbow. It’s a perfect way to serve fresh fruit at a St. Patrick’s Day Party and kids will love this year round!
  • Red- Strawberries
  • Orange – Orange Slices
  • Yellow – Pineapple Chunks
  • Green- Granny Apples
  • Blue- Blueberries
  • Purple – Red Grapes
  • Cloud- Marshmallows or vanilla Greek yogurt

Simply arrange the fruit to form a rainbow.

Note: many stores carry marshmallows that don’t contain HFCS and are even Vegan. If you can’t find them in your stores, you can use vanilla Greek yogurt as a fruit dipper!
