How do I become a NatureBox member?

I just signed up, now what?

Within the next 2 - 3 weeks, you will receive your first NatureBox. For your first delivery, you will receive a Discovery box. You will soon have the option of picking your own snacks for your succeeding deliveries, or continue to receive the monthly Discovery boxes if you enjoy surprises.

I have allergies to items such as nuts, how do I customize my box?
How does NatureBox give back to the community?

Through our partnership with WhyHunger, we help to provide nutritious food to the millions of Americans who go hungry. We do this by making quarterly donations as well as directly providing our healthy snacks to WhyHunger partners, including community-based organizations, emergency food providers and summer meal programs for low-income children. We believe in doing good and eating well.

Are there any hidden fees?

We offer free shipping for customers who are in the Contiguous United States, as well as military addresses. We charge a minimal shipping fee of $1.97 for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories. Other than that, there are no additional or hidden fees.

What should I expect in the box?

Each month, you will receive all-natural,  high quality snacks. With our monthly Discovery Box, you will receive 5 different, hand-picked snacks that are approved by our nutritionists.

If I like something in the box, where can I buy more?

We're thrilled that you want to buy more snacks -- many of our other customers have told us the same thing. We're working to make this possible for you. Within the next few weeks, you'll be able to restock if you couldn't get enough of your favorite snacks. Stay tuned!

How do I customize a box?

In just a few weeks, you will have the option of choosing your own snacks for your monthly NatureBox deliveries! Please visit our members page to be the first to know when personalization options are available.

Please visit our Gift Subscription page to set up a special three, six, or twelve month subscription delivery. Giving NatureBox shares the gift of good health and tasty food. NatureBoxes make great presents for families, new parents, college students, teachers, coaches and friends- at the holidays or anytime!

Shipping and Billing

My tracking number is not working!

We're very sorry if you received an incorrect tracking number. Our shipping partner recently changed the format of tracking numbers which may be causing the issue. Please visit our tracking site at http://tracking.shipmentmanager.com/1462. Please try typing in the tracking number in this format: 420 + your zip code + tracking number you received. When typing the number, please remove the + signs and any spaces or dashes.

How can I change my address?

If your billing or delivery address changes, you can update it in the My Account section. Our Customer Care Team are always happy to assist you as well, so please feel free to call us at 1-888-613-6998 between 7am to 5pm PST, Monday to Friday, or send us an email at [email protected].

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free shipping for customers who are in the Contiguous United States, as well as military addresses. We charge a minimal shipping fee of $1.97 for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories.

Can I pause my subscription or hold back a delivery?

You can pause your subscription at any time. To prevent your account from being re-billed, please contact us at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to pause or cancel your subscription. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling us at 1-888-613-6998 (select Option 2). We value your feedback so that we can continue to improve the NatureBox service. If you signed up for a 6- or 12-month plan, you can cancel these subscriptions once they expire.

If you do not wish to receive next month's box, please let us know at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to ensure that your subscription gets canceled before your next box is processed

Is my box recyclable?

Yes, your NatureBox is 100% recyclable. You can also re-use it as a photo file box, mail sorter, window herb garden or whatever else you imagine!

When can I expect my NatureBox?

We're working hard to deliver your NatureBox as fast as we can. You can expect your NatureBox within 2-3 weeks after first signing up for our service. You will then receive your box once per month.

NatureBox ships via USPS, and most boxes are delivered within 5-10 days from the date of shipment. Shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories could take between 10-15 business days.

Where does NatureBox ship to?

NatureBox can ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus all major U.S. protectorates and territories. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses.
