  • How does this work?
    Simply choose a specific amount, designate your recipient, write a personal message and complete the checkout process. Your gift recipient will receive an email from NatureBox on the date you’ve selected with a unique gift code and instructions on how to redeem the code on our website.
  • How can I use my NatureBox gift card?
    NatureBox gift cards can be applied towards any of our various ongoing subscriptions. Once you've received a gift card, you can select your plan of choice here.
  • Can I customize the gift message my recipient will receive?
    Absolutely! You can write a personal message, and we'll include it in their gift email.
  • What if I want a custom amount on my gift card?
    Currently we do not offer custom amounts. We hope one of our three gift card options work for you!
  • Can I return a gift card?
    NatureBox gift cards are non-refundable. However, we do stand behind our 100% snack-isfaction guarantee.
  • Will my NatureBox gift card ever expire?
    Funds associated with NatureBox gift cards never expire and are never depleted outside of regular transactions.
  • How will my gift recipient receive their gift card?
    Magic! Just kidding. Your recipient will receive an email from NatureBox with all the information required to redeem.
  • When will my recipient receive their gift card?
    All gift cards are sent at 9am PST on the delivery date selected during the checkout process. If you purchase today and choose delivery tomorrow, the gift card will be sent at 9am tomorrow.
  • Do you offer physical gift cards?
    Unfortunately, not at this time. Stay tuned, though; we're always adding new options!
  • Can my recipient see the balance on their gift card?
    To view the available balance, your recipient can simply log in to his or her NatureBox account and click "manage account" in the drop-down menu in the top-right corner.

  • How can I use what is left of my gift card?
    You can use your remaining balance as a discount towards add-ons or any additional subscriptions purchased using your gift code.
  • What if I have a problem with my gift order?
    Oh no! Please contact us and one of our Snack Concierges will sort it out as soon as possible.
  • I'm trying to use my gift card and am being asked for my credit card information. Why?
    Once your gift card balance is depleted you are automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription of $19.95 per month.
  • Can I apply a gift card to my current NatureBox subscription?
    Yes, but you'll have to contact your friendly neighborhood Snack Concierge in order to do so. Give us a ring at 888-613-6998 and we'll be happy to help.
